Where we ship We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union.

UK Delivery We dispatch all UK orders via Royal Mail. Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days and delivered within 2-4 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

EU Delivery We ship to all EU member states via Standard International delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Please note that as a UK-based business, your order may be subject to customs checks, though we do our best to ensure smooth delivery.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delays While we always aim to meet the above timeframes, delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or Royal Mail delays.
