Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Window We want you to love what you wear. We give you 30 days from your delivery date to try on your items and decide if they're right for you.

Condition of Items Items must be returned unworn (trying on for fit is fine!), unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn outdoors, washed, or damaged after receipt.

How to Return To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges Not the right size? No problem — we're happy to arrange a size exchange. Get in touch and we'll do our best to get the right fit to you as quickly as possible.

Sale Items Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
